Spiritual Freedom

The nature of Spiritual Freedom is not as simple as it seems. If God is omniscient (knowing everything) and omnipotent (all powerful), and if I am free to determine my own spiritual path, then how am I free if God already knows the outcome of my spiritual journey?

I have pondered this question and decided that perhaps it IS simple. Although, I am interested to hear why you feel it is not. It is my belief that God has set forth many paths for us. The path we choose is our decision. God may know the outcome, but still we retain the free will He gave us. Perhaps our choice and His omniscience are not necessarily one in the same.
